What areas do you cover?
We cover from as far North as the Yorkshire Border, and as far South as Gloucester.
Do you charge for Quotations?
All our Quotations are FREE of charge and valid for 30 days.
How do I request a Quotation?
Give us a ring or an e-mail to arrange an appointment time that is
convenient and suitable to you. We will come out to your home, to discuss your requirements. A full and detailed Quotation will be
sent out within 4 working days.
How long from the Quotation being accepted and until the work starts?
Normally 2-3 weeks depending on the size of job.
Will I need to take time off work while the work is being carried out?
We do require that at least one main person from the household is present when the install is being carried out.
What hours do you work?
Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm
Saturday 8am-12noon
(Any work outside of these hours are pre-arranged with customer first)
What Guarantee do you give?
Every installation we do is given a full 12 month parts and labour warranty. All major parts used (such as the boiler) are covered by a 2 year manufacturers warranty, and registered by Heating Renewables.
How are your staff employed?
All of our plumbing and heating staff are directly employed by us.
Sub-contractors such as, joiners and tilers are also employed by
the company on a regular basis to carry out specific jobs.
